Premium Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period • Refunds are not provided for unused portions after the subscription has started • Full refund is available within the first 7 days of a new subscription

Individual Purchases

• Downloaded digital content is non-refundable • If you experience a technical issue preventing access to content, we will resolve it or issue a refund • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase date

How to Request a Refund

Payment & Refund Methods
