Do I need an account to download materials?
Sometimes. Some materials may require signing in depending on site settings. If you’re asked to sign in, create an account or log in and try again.
Why can’t I see the download file?
Make sure the material is published and your connection is stable. Try refreshing or reopening the material. If it persists, contact us via the Contact page.
How do I search for a specific material?
Use the search in the header, or browse by grade then subject. You can also use the Materials page to filter by type and year.
Is there a subscription? What does it include?
Subscription plans may be available to unlock extra features when payments are enabled. Visit the Subscription page to view plans and manage billing.
I’m not receiving notifications. What should I do?
First check the Notifications page in your account. If you’re using the mobile app, make sure notifications are enabled in device settings. On the web you may need to be signed in to see your notifications.
How do I report an issue or inappropriate content?
Use the Contact page to open a support ticket. If you’re an admin in the dashboard, you can manage reports and comments from the Management section.
Can I change my account details or avatar?
Yes. From the Profile page you can update your name and upload a new avatar.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page choose “Forgot password” and follow the steps. You’ll receive a reset link by email.
